Subscription EULA
This End User License Agreement applies to the Fadeloom iPhone app and its auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app credit purchases.
Apple Standard EULA
Fadeloom uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the Apple App Store. The Apple Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase and billed to the Apple ID used at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Apple ID subscription settings.
- Fadeloom uses RevenueCat to validate App Store purchases and sync membership status and credits.
Credits
Credits provide access to Fadeloom image generation features. Credits are not cash, stored value, or transferable currency. Credit usage depends on selected image resolution and quality.
Account And Data
Fadeloom account, generation, favorites, credit, and purchase data is handled according to the Fadeloom Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
