Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fadeloom, including the website, mobile app, AI prompt templates, image generation tools, credits, memberships, and related services.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.
Credits, Memberships, And Purchases
- Credits are used to run image generation jobs and may vary by resolution and quality settings.
- Credits are a limited license to use Fadeloom generation features. They are not cash, stored value, or a transferable currency.
- Memberships and credit packs provide access to defined credit amounts and features shown at purchase time.
- In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through the App Store account used for purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.
- Web payments may be processed by Stripe or another supported payment provider.
Apple App Store Terms
When you download or purchase Fadeloom through the Apple App Store, these terms apply together with any Apple terms and App Store rules that govern the download, purchase, subscription, cancellation, and refund process. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Fadeloom. Support requests should be sent to Fadeloom at the contact address below.
Refunds And Cancellations
For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple through the Apple purchase account and Apple Support channels. For web purchases, contact Fadeloom support with the account email and approximate purchase time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
AI Generation
AI outputs can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, selling, or relying on it. You must have the necessary rights to prompts, reference images, product images, likenesses, brands, and other materials you upload or request.
User Content And Rights
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, reference images, and outputs, subject to these terms and third-party provider rules. You grant Fadeloom the limited rights needed to process, store, display, and deliver your prompts, reference images, generated outputs, favorites, and history as part of the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Fadeloom to generate or distribute illegal content, abusive content, malware, spam, privacy-invasive content, non-consensual intimate content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Availability
Fadeloom may change providers, prices, credit rules, models, features, limits, or availability over time. We may suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, providers, or legal compliance.
Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion by contacting support@fadeloom.com from the email address used for their Fadeloom account. Some purchase, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that every prompt will produce a usable image, that generation will always complete, or that generated content will be suitable for a particular commercial use.
